Parker Property Management, Inc. understands that tenant selection is our most important function. You benefit from our comprehensive screening process.  Each tenant must complete a detailed application and meet certain income requirements, rental history and credit checks.

We use detailed checklists to quantify the difference between move in and move out property conditions so that charges can be made appropriately.

We keep up-to-date on all the changes in our industry so you don't have to.  This includes: federal, state and local regulations, such as disclosure requirements and landlord-tenant laws.  

You can enjoy the peace of mind that all paperwork is being handled.  Our accounting and reporting software itemizes all expenses, complies with IRS regulations, manages paying bills and record keeping.

We handle maintenance calls including emergencies. Your tenants will be happy and your evenings will be undisturbed.

Owner disbursements are done by the 20th of the month. We can mail you a check or wire the funds for faster delivery.

All tenants are carefully screened according to our tenant selection criteria.
